biking with the wind blowing me...

yeah, hoping that my mind makes some sense in writing. my sense of black and white in matters relating to life and thoughts are becoming blurred - i hope not by the influence of new age but rather by the influence and my human understanding of the grace of God. i want these recordings to become a reminder of God's faithfulness in my golden days.
So, welcome my friend, let's learn together. I beckon you.

Of Nothing

I have a boring life. Sadness, sadness, sadness. Anyone with any suggestions as to what I can do? How I can make myself a little bit more useful? My life currently revolves around my sister and her family, the computer and the television. Been trying to read here and there and managed a chapter from Reaching the Invisible God by Philip Yancey. I love his writing skills, maybe more like how he puts into words his ideas and theories about life and God and how he integrates them. Plus it's simple and easy reading. His books I think are between the extremes of simple and hard reading. Any thoughts?

just one life,
gracey

didn't know you read Philip Yancey's books. I've read his "Jesus I never knew.".. alot of "Aha" moments like Ps.Mike puts it. Presently reading Pleasures Of God by John Piper. Wonder when I'll have the time to finish it.

You like R.L.Frost's "The road not taken." eh? He is one of my fav. I like his "Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening." Promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep. Take a ponder at
Alice Hawthrone's Whispering Hope and William Blake's piece(s).

You lil boy? Oh come on..*wink* haha..I'm never a person into poetries, don't know why I was thinking about 'The Road Not Taken'. I guess because I did not grow up reading all these 'chim' stuff. Yeah, I love Yancey's books. I have 'Where is God When It Hurts'. Maybe we can exchange our collection. Hehe..thanks lil' boy. :)
