I have been thinking so much lately I do not know what to jot down - the necessaries. Just as I shared during the CG with our newbies, decisions (the ones which are in God's will) are difficult to be made because of the uncertainty that is ahead, whichever way we may choose. As I reflected on what I said, I have to correct something which I commented on. Whatever decisions we make cannot be bad, although we may experience hardships and difficulties.
The experiences in themselves mould us. One element which we cannot deny is the presence of God in every of these situations. His hands are, and were there. Therefore, NO decision is bad because God is GOOD.
From today onwards till somewhere next month, I have to make important decisions which will lead me to the next phase of life. It doesn't mean that I will not be making any other important decisions after that, it is just that they will be significant to my immediate future and definitely the many years ahead of me.
The other side of decision making is that we can change our minds even while walking through the decision. I guess we can take it as a beauty or in fact, a priviledge given to us from the Almighty.
Growing up is exciting, or it can be meaningless if our heart, soul and mind are not put into it. Believe me or not, I actually find/think that if we float by this significant point of our young adult lives, and when we look back on hindsight in 10 years, we would regret that we did not make the very important/seemingly puny decisions which will matter that 10 years later. It doesn't even matter if we went through trials or disappointments, what is most important is that we know we L-I-V-E-D and made significant choices instead of floating by.
