biking with the wind blowing me...

yeah, hoping that my mind makes some sense in writing. my sense of black and white in matters relating to life and thoughts are becoming blurred - i hope not by the influence of new age but rather by the influence and my human understanding of the grace of God. i want these recordings to become a reminder of God's faithfulness in my golden days.
So, welcome my friend, let's learn together. I beckon you.

Food...and more food!!

1 bottle of American Wine

4 kompiangs (Foo Chow biscuit)

Canned drinks

1 bottle of grape sparkling juice

1 bottle of Hennessey

3 pieces of frozen dory

1/4 of quarter pound of Baskin Robbins Ice-cream

Frozen durians

A few packets of instant noodles

Milk

1 can of corns

Frozen mixed vegetables

Frozen sausage

3 pieces of parata bread

Australian, Swiss & American chocolates

...to finish. Wanna join me?

I've just marinated my dory for 15 minutes with:
- Light soya sauce (Sitiawan mari)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- Some mixed herbs
- Sarawak pepper
- Onion, garlic & ginger (lightly pounded)

Put the marinated fish to grill for 5 minutes or so? It smells nice. That's my own recipe. I don't even know how it will turn out. Yeah, that's for lunch. Will report on the result. Also having an egg on top of that - put in microwave. Don't want any oil to do with lunch today. Basically that's because the wet kitchen is scorching hot and I do not want to sweat profusely. What's that got to do with oil? Ignore me..

Making full use of my life. Heh..

Eating the fish now. Splendid!! Smells & tastes great! It's got a 'hot' after taste. So happy!! If you want the fish to look more 'baked', don't pour in the marinating concoction. Just put the fish in with the pounded stuff (refer above).

Enjoy!! If you ever modify the recipe, let me know!!
