I have been reading quite a bit. Let me see. Following Jesus by Ross Tooley, The Father Hear of God by Floyd McClung Jr, Imprisoned in Iran by Dan Baumann, Is That Really You God? by Loren Cunningham, A God for All Seasons by Sue Haydon-Knowell, Sex. God. by Rob Bell, Redeeming Love and The Scarlet Thread, both by Francine Rivers. This has been for the past 6 months.
I am proud of myself. I haven't been reading much before I left for YWAM, and being able to read an average of 1 book per month (not an accurate representation of how much time I spent for each book) is pretty impressive for me, in retrospect.
Honestly, I've read a tonne of books all my life, but since leaving home, I somehow have not managed to because I've been enjoying life out of home too much. LOL. I am never for dry reading, although I love adding knowledge to my little brain, which explains why I listen attentively and remember details when knowledgeable people start oozing and vomitting information to my small ears. Too much information though, shuts my brain down. I then end up picking and choosing. =P
Forgot what else to write. LOL.
Another time,
gracey
