biking with the wind blowing me...

yeah, hoping that my mind makes some sense in writing. my sense of black and white in matters relating to life and thoughts are becoming blurred - i hope not by the influence of new age but rather by the influence and my human understanding of the grace of God. i want these recordings to become a reminder of God's faithfulness in my golden days.
So, welcome my friend, let's learn together. I beckon you.

Road Show 1

The road show has just begun. We will be coming to you soon! Just wait. =)

It was a long day. As usual, the boss was late, and we were delayed because of the boss. Then the boss's husband went crazy, as usual. Maybe it's a habitual thing - throw a tantrum to make your thoughts known, so that your whims and desires are fulfilled, only to find that no one bothers anymore. Too used to the tantrums, too tired of reacting, hence just giving the stare or the silence. Which works perfectly fine.

Anyway, had a blast at UCSI today. The road show was fun, except that one of the client wasn't very nice - picked on the unnecessary things, and worse of all, added spices, sugar, butter & salt - ALL at the same time. Who can then be exempted from the word bashing from our ever loving client? Life is fun.

Otherwise, it was great. Had a student who was extremely excited about achieving his own targets, and had a fun time setting up a few different groups to get himself being able to play those games. Then there were the chats with the Hakka Chinese Mauritian - Robin (I can't believe there are 50 000 Chinese there!! and who is a Christian), the enthusiastic Mauritian who is a Muslim - Yas, the Nigerians who came to play the game and who braided my hair - Timmy & Sophia, and the other Nigerians who started a conversation with me after the road show - Kayode & Tom (who study in MMU and are born agains!).

The absolute satisfaction was that I had opportunities to bless them with words of encouragement, and I thoroughly enjoyed them and the conversations we had. It feels good being on campus again. I guess I miss college and the carefree (okay, not exactly carefree!) life. Or maybe, I just miss being in the company of new people. I could just get so distracted talking to them.

Did rock climbing - F.U.N. is the word. Did it twice, and raring to go when we visit KDU next! Timed 25s & 20s. The second round was better, and intend to dip lower than 20s when I try next. Meanwhile, will strengthen my calf muscles. Thanks Uncle Ho.

physically off,
gracey
