I sent out my prayer and partnership list to my friends last week regarding YWAM, and I wasn't prepared at all how the responses would blow me away. It is humbling even to ask, what more to receive?
Was working last weekend, it was fun yet really tiring. Besides managing stock, I had much fun just hanging out with some of the client's staff and our own crew. It's always good to get to know new people and make them feel comfortable with you.
Very often I feel that I can relate to people who are on the ground more than people in the corporate side of the world. I guess it's because they have less 'air' about themselves - or rather nicely put, not so conscious about themselves. I'm of similar breed. To the point, clown around, work hard & relational.
Real humility - something hard to learn and swallow, precisely the lesson.
